- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all account activities and interactions in the CRM system.
- Train and mentor junior account management team members as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials for key accounts.
- Continuously strive for customer satisfaction and retention by seeking feedback and implementing improvements as necessary.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Account Management Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Pharmacy And Healthcare Industry, Including Understanding Of Regulations And Market Trends.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Sales And Account Management, With A Focus On Building And Maintaining Key Relationships.
