- Develop and implement a comprehensive human cyber risk management strategy across the organization to ensure a secure and cyber-aware workforce.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize areas for improvement in cybersecurity practices and processes.
- Create and deliver training programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices and policies.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze cyber-related data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with IT and security teams to implement technical solutions to mitigate cyber risks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and industry experts to stay updated on the latest cyber threats and trends.
- Lead the development and implementation of company-wide policies and procedures related to cybersecurity.
- Communicate with employees at all levels to promote a culture of cyber awareness and accountability.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other departments on cybersecurity matters.
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to cybersecurity.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on the effectiveness of the human cyber risk management program.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the human cyber risk management program and make necessary adjustments as needed.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and their potential impact on the organization's cybersecurity practices.
- Serve as a role model for ethical behavior and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Managing Cyber Risk And Implementing Change Management Strategies
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Implementing Cyber Risk Management Initiatives In A Corporate Setting
Strong Understanding Of Current Cyber Threats, Vulnerabilities, And Risk Management Frameworks
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
