- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and programs in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Oversee and manage all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to department managers, providing guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives.
- Lead and develop a diverse team of HR professionals through coaching, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR policies and practices.
- Continuously review and improve HR processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate and promote company culture, values, and goals to employees.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and utilize data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure confidentiality and security of all HR-related information.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and serve as a brand ambassador for 3M.
- Assist with any other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Management Or Supervisory Role
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations
