Global SOX Compliance Manager
Leading a global SOX team of 18+ members and collaborating with operational audit leaders. Executing annual scoping exercise and gain early alignment with external auditors. Driving critical program objectives, including executing to the annual SOX calendar. Improving rigor and understanding of end-to-end processes, walkthroughs and design assessments. Leading controls rationalization efforts, including controls description, financial statement assertion and risk mapping. Evaluating control deficiencies and identify mitigating controls. Working with process and control owners on remediation plans and driving closure of control deficiencies. Ensuring timely completion of quarterly control owner self-assessments and sub-certification processes. Preparing Quarterly Summary of Aggregated Deficiencies (SAD) for CEO/CFO certification.
Eight (8) years of SOX compliance experience
In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, COSO, PCAOB Auditing Standards, Sarbanes-Oxley, risk and controls standards
Demonstrated success in developing and executing against project plans
Comfortable in both individual contributing roles and cross-functional team management roles
Experience in managing a remote team
Big 4 integrated-audit experience
