- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure advantageous pricing and terms for the organization.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and changes in the supply chain to identify potential cost savings opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Lead supplier relationship management activities to ensure strong and mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant regulations and laws.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the assigned subcategory, including market dynamics, supplier landscape, and industry trends.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on procurement performance and cost savings achievements.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Procurement, Preferably With Global Sourcing Experience
Strong Negotiation And Contract Management Skills
Knowledge Of Supply Chain Management Principles And Best Practices
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively Across Different Cultures And Geographies.
