- Develop and implement strategies for the research, design, and development of new glazing solutions to meet market demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and manufacturing to identify customer needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Conduct research and testing to evaluate the performance and feasibility of potential glazing solutions.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to overcome technical challenges and improve existing products.

Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Product Development And/Or Process Engineering In The Glazing Industry
Strong Understanding Of Glazing Materials, Processes, And Technologies
Proficiency In Cad Software And Experience With Design And Simulation Tools
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Cross-Functional Team Environment
