- Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution operations and ensure efficient delivery of products to customers.
- Analyze current distribution processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor and track distribution performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges related to distribution, ensuring timely resolution to minimize impact on operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in distribution management and incorporate them into company strategies.
- Train and coach team members on distribution processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop distribution plans for new products and promotions.
- Develop and manage budgets for distribution improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to distribution.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management, to provide updates and recommendations on distribution operations.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to improve overall company operations.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Continuously seek opportunities to optimize processes and reduce costs within the distribution department.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Distribution Management, Preferably In A Global Organization.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Cross-Functional Teams And Prioritize Tasks.
Knowledge Of Distribution Systems And Technologies, Such As Warehouse Management Systems And Transportation Management Systems.
