  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
  4. Manage and optimize all digital platforms, including website, social media, and mobile applications.
  5. Create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms that aligns with customer needs and preferences.
  6. Utilize data and analytics to track and measure the success of digital initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital experience, and implement innovative ideas to improve the customer journey.
  8. Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise on digital platforms.
  9. Train and educate colleagues on digital tools and platforms to ensure a consistent understanding and utilization of these resources.
  10. Act as a brand advocate for 3M by maintaining a strong online presence and promoting the company's digital initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Digital Media, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Digital Marketing Or A Similar Role.

  • Proficiency In Various Digital Platforms And Tools, Including Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, And Social Media Management Systems.

  • Strong Understanding Of User Experience Principles And The Ability To Create Engaging And User-Friendly Digital Experiences.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Execute Digital Strategies And Campaigns.
