- Provide hands-on technical support for all desktop and laptop computer issues for employees.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including but not limited to, operating system errors, software installations, and network connectivity problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software.
- Collaborate with team members and other IT departments to resolve complex technical issues.
- Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely manner to meet established service level agreements.
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates for all computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Educate and assist employees with technology-related inquiries and provide training when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and provide recommendations for improving the company's IT infrastructure.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive user experience for all employees.
Technical Proficiency: A Deskside Support Specialist At 3M Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Computer Hardware, Software, And Peripherals. They Should Also Have Knowledge Of Network Systems And Troubleshooting Techniques.
