  1. Design and develop data infrastructure: Responsible for designing and developing data infrastructure to support business growth and success.
  2. Maintain data systems: Ensure the availability, scalability, and reliability of data systems by performing regular maintenance and monitoring.
  3. Develop data pipelines: Design and implement efficient data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse.
  4. Ensure data quality and integrity: Implement processes and tools to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with data analysts, scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver quality solutions.
  6. Optimize data processes: Continuously identify opportunities to optimize and automate data processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
  7. Stay updated on emerging technologies: Keep up-to-date with emerging data technologies and trends to ensure our data infrastructure remains cutting-edge.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues: Identify and troubleshoot data-related issues, and work towards finding solutions to resolve them.

  10. Document processes and procedures: Create and maintain technical documentation for data processes and procedures to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing within the team.

  12. Mentor team members: Share knowledge and expertise with team members to foster a culture of learning and growth within the team.
  13. Participate in team meetings and discussions: Actively participate in team meetings and discussions to brainstorm ideas, share progress, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  14. Drive innovation: Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve data infrastructure and processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Data Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working As A Data Engineer, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Sql, Python, And Java, And Experience With Data Manipulation And Analysis.

  • Experience With Cloud Computing Platforms Such As Aws, Azure, Or Google Cloud, And Knowledge Of Big Data Technologies Such As Hadoop, Spark, And Kafka.

  • Ability To Design, Develop, And Maintain Scalable Data Pipelines And Data Warehouses, And Experience With Data Modelling And Database Design Principles.
