  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or in person.
  3. Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and company policies.
  4. Address and resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and efficiently.
  5. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  7. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  8. Continuously update and improve knowledge of products, services, and policies to better assist customers.
  9. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level goals.
  10. Proactively identify and communicate opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
  11. Handle and process customer orders, returns, and refunds.
  12. Escalate customer issues to the appropriate team member or manager when necessary.
  13. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions.
  14. Follow company guidelines and procedures for customer service and data privacy.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for 3M, representing our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.
