  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop effective incentive strategies.
  4. Monitor and track the effectiveness of customer incentive plans, making adjustments as needed.
  5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to ensure our incentive plans remain competitive and impactful.
  6. Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather feedback and insights on customer incentive programs.
