  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer relationships and drive sales growth utilizing Salesforce CRM.
  2. Utilize data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement within the CRM system.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  4. Lead and manage CRM projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and customizations.
  5. Conduct regular audits and maintenance of the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  6. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure proper utilization of the CRM system.
  7. Monitor and analyze CRM performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
  8. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in CRM and make recommendations for implementing new features and functionalities.
  9. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align CRM strategies with overall business goals.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert for all things related to Salesforce CRM and provide guidance and support to colleagues when needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Crm Salesforce Implementation And Administration.

  • Strong Understanding Of 3M's Business Processes And Sales Operations.

  • Proficient In Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, And Soql.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Train And Mentor Team Members.
