- Provide expert medical guidance and support to employees regarding occupational health and safety.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to occupational health and safety in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct medical evaluations and assessments for employees, including pre-employment screenings and periodic health check-ups.
- Collaborate with other departments and leaders to identify and address potential occupational health hazards in the workplace.
- Develop and deliver training programs and resources to educate employees on occupational health and safety best practices.
- Stay informed and up-to-date on industry trends and developments in occupational medicine to ensure the company's practices are in line with current standards.
- Oversee and manage the Occupational Medicine department, including staff and budget management.
- Monitor and analyze occupational health data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance employee health and safety.
- Serve as a liaison between the company and external medical professionals, including workers' compensation providers and occupational health specialists.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations for new equipment, technology, and resources to improve the effectiveness of the Occupational Medicine department.
- Provide timely and accurate medical documentation and reports as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all ethical and legal standards in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Mentor and support other medical staff in the Occupational Medicine department.

Medical Degree From An Accredited Institution: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess A Medical Degree From A Reputable And Accredited Institution.
