  1. Design and implement sales incentive plans for the sales organization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for plan design.
  3. Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for plan improvements.
  4. Manage the administration and communication of sales incentive plans.
  5. Ensure plans are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  6. Monitor and track plan performance, providing regular reports to management.
  7. Conduct research and stay updated on industry best practices for sales compensation.
  8. Work with sales leadership to understand their needs and provide support for plan design.
  9. Maintain a strong understanding of sales compensation principles and ensure plans are compliant with company policies.
  10. Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in plan calculations.
  11. Train and educate sales teams on incentive plan details and guidelines.
  12. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to manage budget and forecasting for sales incentives.
  13. Utilize data analysis to continuously improve and optimize sales incentive plans.
  14. Keep up-to-date records and documentation of incentive plans and changes.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert for sales incentive plans and provide support to other departments as needed.
