- Manage the administration and communication of sales incentive plans.
- Ensure plans are aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor and track plan performance, providing regular reports to management.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry best practices for sales compensation.
- Work with sales leadership to understand their needs and provide support for plan design.
- Maintain a strong understanding of sales compensation principles and ensure plans are compliant with company policies.
- Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in plan calculations.
- Train and educate sales teams on incentive plan details and guidelines.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to manage budget and forecasting for sales incentives.
- Utilize data analysis to continuously improve and optimize sales incentive plans.
- Keep up-to-date records and documentation of incentive plans and changes.
- Act as a subject matter expert for sales incentive plans and provide support to other departments as needed.
