  1. Operate and maintain chemical processing equipment to ensure efficient and safe production of high-quality products.
  2. Monitor and control chemical processes, including mixing, heating, and cooling, to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  3. Perform quality control tests and inspections to ensure products meet specifications and adhere to company standards.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  5. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  6. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and scientists, to improve processes and troubleshoot technical issues.
  8. Keep detailed records of production data, including batch numbers, processing times, and product specifications.
  9. Monitor inventory levels and order necessary materials as needed to ensure uninterrupted production.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency in the chemical processing department.
  11. Train and mentor new team members on equipment operation, safety protocols, and company procedures.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in chemical processing to make recommendations for process improvements.
  14. Adhere to production schedules and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  15. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and address any issues promptly.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Chemical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Chemical Manufacturing Or Processing Environment

  • Strong Understanding Of Chemical Processes, Including Mixing, Blending, And Distillation

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Osha And Epa Guidelines

  • Ability To Troubleshoot And Problem-Solve Technical Issues In A Fast-Paced Production Environment.
