  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with 3M’s brand messaging and business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
  3. Create engaging and compelling content for various platforms, including social media, website, email, and print materials.
  4. Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify key trends and insights that can inform content creation and distribution.
  5. Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content, adhering to deadlines and brand guidelines.
  6. Monitor and track content performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to continuously improve and innovate our content strategy.
  8. Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and maintain strong relationships and ensure effective collaboration.
  9. Manage and maintain the brand’s tone, voice, and messaging across all content and platforms.
  10. Identify opportunities for brand partnerships and influencer collaborations to amplify our brand messaging and reach new audiences.
  11. Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring all external communications adhere to brand standards and guidelines.
  12. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and on-brand content assets.
  13. Conduct regular audits of content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
  14. Assist with crisis communication and reputation management, ensuring that all messaging is aligned with the brand’s values and goals.
  15. Mentor and train junior members of the team, providing guidance and support as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Brand Communications, Content Creation, And/Or Digital Marketing.

  • Strong Writing And Editing Skills, With A Keen Eye For Detail And Ability To Adapt Writing Style To Different Audiences.

  • Proficiency In Various Content Management Systems, Social Media Platforms, And Analytics Tools.

  • Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously In A Fast-Paced Environment.
