  1. Develop and maintain relationships with key automotive accounts to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
  2. Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and strategies for growth.
  3. Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the needs of each key account.
  5. Conduct regular sales meetings and presentations to key accounts to promote 3M products and services.
  6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments to effectively communicate the value of 3M offerings to key accounts.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Negotiate contracts and pricing with key accounts to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  9. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials for key accounts.
  10. Travel to meet with key accounts and attend industry events to build and maintain relationships and stay informed on market trends.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Automotive Sales Or Account Management.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Automotive Industry, Including Key Players, Trends, And Market Dynamics.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Key Customer Accounts.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients.
