  1. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and standards for products within the aerospace and defense division.
  2. Stay up-to-date on changes in regulations and standards in the aerospace and defense industry.
  3. Review and interpret regulatory documents, such as guidelines, regulations, and policies, to determine impact on company products and operations.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to ensure timely and successful product approvals and compliance.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide regulatory guidance and support for product development and launch activities.
  6. Prepare and submit regulatory submissions, including premarket notifications, applications, and reports, to regulatory authorities.
  7. Maintain and update regulatory documentation and records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Conduct regulatory assessments and audits to identify potential compliance risks and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert on regulatory affairs and provide guidance and training to other team members.
  10. Participate in industry forums and represent the company in interactions with regulatory authorities.
  11. Communicate any changes in regulations or standards to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
  12. Strive to continuously improve processes and procedures related to regulatory affairs to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Aerospace Or Defense.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Affairs Within The Aerospace And Defense Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Federal Regulations And Compliance Standards For The Aerospace And Defense Industry, Including Itar, Ear, And Faa Requirements.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interface With Internal Teams And External Regulatory Agencies.

  • Detail-Oriented And Highly Organized, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines While Maintaining Compliance With Regulations.
