Accounting Analyst

The person in this position will contribute to financial reporting for internal business groups and functional areas and be responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the Xactly commissions system. Participates in end of month closing by entering journals and providing internal functional group support. Prepares internal reports. Performs financial analysis and reconciliations. Assists with both financial and technical applications projects. Coordinates with IT on the processing of monthly commissions. Maintains documentation of the commissions process. Designs, develops and maintains reports and dashboards.
