2. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of all workstation equipment, including computers, laptops, and peripherals.
3. Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement workstation policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
4. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with workstation policies and security protocols.
5. Coordinate with vendors to procure new workstation equipment and negotiate contracts for cost-effective solutions.
6. Train employees on proper use of workstation equipment and provide ongoing support and guidance.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for workstation upgrades and improvements.
8. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and work with the network team to resolve any related problems.
9. Maintain accurate and organized records of all workstation equipment and related expenses.
10. Act as a point of contact for all workstation-related inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to employee productivity.
11. Collaborate with other teams, such as HR and Finance, to ensure timely onboarding and offboarding of employees and proper allocation and disposal of workstation equipment.
12. Continuously evaluate and improve workstation processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
13. Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity planning related to workstations.
14. Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure a positive experience for all employees.
15. Stay informed about industry best practices and make recommendations to improve the overall workstation experience for employees.
