- Monitor individual and team performance, and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely and effective resolutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, and serve as a point of contact for any concerns or inquiries.
- Create and maintain training materials and resources for new hires and ongoing training for existing team members.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide recommendations for promotions, raises, and other recognition.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and work towards creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Act as a role model for the team, demonstrating excellent customer service skills, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay organized and prioritize tasks to effectively manage a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Participate in recruitment and hiring processes for new team members.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the products, services, and processes of the company in order to provide accurate and timely information to clients and team members.
