- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent to Zenefits.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Utilize various recruitment methods including job postings, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to source and attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough and effective candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Proactively identify and address potential recruitment challenges and provide creative solutions to overcome them.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop competitive and attractive job offers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and implement them to continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Develop and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to expand candidate pool.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Zenefits and promote the company's culture and values to potential candidates.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring processes.
- Represent Zenefits at job fairs, conferences, and other recruitment events to attract top talent.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Recruiting, With At Least 2 Years In A Senior Or Leadership Role.
A Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Expert Knowledge Of Recruitment Strategies, Tools, And Techniques, Including Sourcing, Interviewing, And Candidate Assessment.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Hiring Managers, Candidates, And Other Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Team Of Recruiters, As Well As Developing And Implementing Talent Acquisition Strategies.
