- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for US payroll and benefits processes.

Extensive Experience In Us Payroll And Benefits: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managing And Training On Us Payroll And Benefits Processes, Including Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations.
Strong Training And Coaching Skills: The Senior Process Trainer Should Possess Excellent Training And Coaching Skills To Effectively Deliver Training Programs And Provide Ongoing Support To Teams. They Should Also Be Able To Adapt Their Training Style To Different Learning Needs And Styles.
Expertise In Process Improvement: The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Identifying And Implementing Process Improvement Initiatives To Streamline Payroll And Benefits Processes And Increase Efficiency.
Knowledge Of Hr Technology And Systems: The Role Requires Proficiency In Using Hr Technology And Systems, Such As Zenefits, To Train Teams On Payroll And Benefits Processes And Troubleshoot Any Issues That May Arise.
