- Serve as the main point of contact for all security-related incidents and lead the response and resolution efforts.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures to handle security-related incidents effectively.
- Communicate security-related updates and changes to relevant stakeholders, including senior management and employees.
- Monitor and analyze security metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on the company's security posture.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to security.
- Foster a culture of security awareness and best practices throughout the company.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the company's security posture based on industry best practices and emerging threats.
Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In The Security Industry, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Effective Security Strategies And Protocols In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
Extensive Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Regulatory Requirements, Such As Hipaa, Gdpr, And Iso 27001.
Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Build And Motivate A High-Performing Team, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Security Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
