1. Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols and procedures to protect the company's data and systems from potential threats.
2. Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities in the company's security systems.
3. Stay updated with the latest security trends, technologies and threats to ensure the company's security protocols are up-to-date.
4. Lead a team of security professionals and provide guidance and direction in all security-related matters.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all business processes and systems.
6. Conduct security training and awareness programs for employees to ensure a culture of security consciousness.
7. Manage and maintain relationships with external security vendors and partners.
8. Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures to ensure business continuity in the event of a security breach.
9. Conduct regular audits and penetration tests to identify any security weaknesses and address them promptly.
10. Communicate security updates and changes to relevant stakeholders and senior management.
11. Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure the company's data and systems are recoverable in the event of a disaster.
12. Monitor and analyze security logs and reports to identify any potential security breaches or anomalies.
13. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure the company's security practices are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
14. Continuously evaluate and improve security protocols to ensure the highest level of protection for the company's data and systems.
15. Act as a liaison between the company and external security agencies or authorities.
