  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by promptly responding to inquiries and providing expert guidance on HR-related issues.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Conduct in-depth analysis of client's HR processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of HR support services provided to clients.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new HR support services and tools.
  6. Assist clients with onboarding and training for new HR tools and services.
  7. Proactively identify potential issues and provide timely and effective resolutions.
  8. Communicate complex HR concepts and policies in a clear and understandable manner to clients.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized client records and documents.
  10. Participate in team meetings and trainings to share knowledge and expertise.
  11. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals related to customer satisfaction and service level agreements.
  12. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and quality of HR support services.
  13. Represent Zenefits with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Hr Support Services Or Related Role

  • Proficient In Hr Software And Systems, Including Zenefits
