
Director of Sales Operations
Report into the VP of Sales to build/execute sales strategy. Build/manage a predictable-yet consistent - sales engine. Design/implement rigorous sales process; building mechanisms to enable/enforce policies. Build a set of KPIs and dashboards to drive insightful actions.Influence, educate and align business systems to the needs of the company. Define monthly/quarterly objectives to drive teams to hit key operational milestones to increase productivity. Build and standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business reviews. Proactively identify and eliminate sales process bottlenecks-owning and driving Salesforce administration and project prioritization. Prepare ad hoc analysis. Assist sales managers in evaluating their teams’ performance.
10+ years experience in sales or program management
