- Develop and implement email marketing strategies to drive demand and increase revenue for Zenefits
- Create and manage email campaigns for various target audiences, including potential customers and existing clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email campaigns with overall marketing and sales strategies
- Utilize A/B testing and data analysis to continuously optimize email campaigns for maximum effectiveness
- Monitor and report on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to track the success of email campaigns

- Work closely with the content team to ensure email campaigns are aligned with the overall messaging and branding of Zenefits

Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Demand Generation And Email Marketing, Preferably In The B2B Saas Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Email Campaigns That Drive Lead Generation And Revenue Growth.
Strong Understanding Of Marketing Automation Platforms, Specifically Marketo, And Proficiency With Html And Css.
