- Manage a portfolio of broker partners and maintain strong relationships with them.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our network of broker partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and marketing, to deliver exceptional service and support to our broker partners.
- Act as a liaison between Zenefits and our broker partners, providing timely and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations to effectively support our broker partners.
- Proactively seek feedback from broker partners and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Zenefits' products and services to effectively communicate their value to broker partners.
- Monitor and analyze broker partner performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Plan and execute broker partner events and trainings to strengthen relationships and increase knowledge of Zenefits' offerings.
- Represent Zenefits at industry events and conferences to network and promote our brand.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed assigned sales and partnership goals.
- Mentor and train new team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to support the growth and success of the team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Brokers And Clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Broker Relationship Management Or Sales Within The Insurance Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Employee Benefits And Insurance Products.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
