Account Manager, Broker Channel

The Account Manager role plays a critical role in maintaining and growing our benefits broker channel. The main focus of this position is ensuring our broker partner customers are set up, positioned and enabled in how to manage their business on the TriNet Zenefits solution. System enablement post implementation for new customer admins. Properly manage customer escalations, in collaboration with Support and Customer Experience ("CX") teams, ensuring core operational issues are responded to & navigated to resolution. Assisting BDM’s & Channel Execs in supporting key relationships with frontend and backend broker teams, being connected and aligned with those servicing the customers on the partners side, and ensuring they know how to best interact with BX and BDM teams. Quarterly review (at minimum) with each customer to review Zenefits success.
