Fluent In Portuguese And English: As A Technical Account Manager In Portugal, It Is Essential To Be Fluent In Both Portuguese And English In Order To Effectively Communicate With Local Clients And Collaborate With Other Teams Within Zendesk.
Extensive Technical Knowledge: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Familiar With Zendesk's Products And Services. This Includes Experience With Software Implementation, Integration, And Troubleshooting.
