Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Zendesk Implementation Consultant with fluency in French to join our team at Zendesk. As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have a seamless and successful experience with our software. We are looking for someone who is both technically savvy and has exceptional communication skills to effectively guide our clients through the implementation process.   1. Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements.
  2. Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on the implementation process, including best practices and optimization strategies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation process.
  4. Configure and customize Zendesk software to meet the unique needs of each client.
  5. Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to resolve any technical issues that may arise during the implementation process.
  6. Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation for each client.
  7. Train clients on how to effectively use Zendesk software and its features.
  8. Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients post-implementation.
  9. Proactively identify and address any potential roadblocks or challenges that may arise during the implementation process.
  10. Stay up-to-date with the latest Zendesk updates and enhancements, and provide recommendations for how they can benefit our clients.
  11. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline the implementation process.
  12. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of project scope and progress.
  13. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support to clients.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on Zendesk software and its capabilities.
  15. Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Fluency In French: As A Zendesk Implementation Consultant-French Speaker, The Ability To Communicate Effectively In French Is Essential. This Includes Both Written And Verbal Communication Skills In Order To Liaise With French-Speaking Clients.

  • Experience With Zendesk: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Zendesk's Functionalities And Be Able To Effectively Implement The Platform For Clients. Previous Experience As A Zendesk Implementation Consultant Or In A Similar Role Is Preferred.

  • Technical Knowledge: A Solid Understanding Of Technical Concepts And Software Integration Is Necessary To Be Successful As A Zendesk Implementation Consultant-French Speaker. Familiarity With Coding Languages, Apis, And Other Technical Tools Is Highly Desirable.

  • Customer Service Skills: As A Zendesk Implementation Consultant, You Will Be Working Closely With Clients To Understand Their Needs And Provide Solutions. Strong Customer Service Skills, Including The Ability To Listen, Problem-Solve, And Communicate Effectively, Are Essential For This Role.

  • Project Management Experience: The Role Of A Zendesk Implementation Consultant-French Speaker Requires Strong Project Management Skills In Order To Effectively Manage Multiple Clients And Projects Simultaneously. The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Meet Deadlines, And Work Collaboratively With A Team Is Crucial For Success In This Role.
