Job Description

Use the spirit of the Zendesk brand to explore new ways of engaging our prospects and customers across digital touchpoints. Support our Growth and Monetization team in optimizing the customer journey. Join forces with the Product Design and Brand Identity teams to develop visual design principles for how the brand is expressed across interactive properties. Collaborate with visual and motion graphic designers to develop and maintain guidelines for a cohesive customer experience. Design micro interactions, transitions and animation for digital touchpoints. Art direct blockframes, photography, illustrations, animations and video to brand the web, trail, onboarding and in-product experiences. Remain current on industry and design trends as it relates to branded product experiences.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience working in-house would be good. B2B experience would be great

  • 3-5 years designing interactive web experiences

  • Proficient in visual and motion graphic design for the web

  • Adept in UX best practices and foundational interaction design principles
