Job Description

At Zendesk, we believe that our Technology Partners are the key to our success. We are looking for a Technology Partner Manager to join our team and ensure that our Technology Partners are successful in providing our customers with the best experience possible.The ideal candidate for this role will be a customer-oriented professional with strong technical and communication skills. They will have a history of working in technology partnerships and be able to think strategically about how to best optimize our partnerships. They will be a self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to quickly develop lasting relationships with our Technology Partners.The Technology Partner Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to ensure that our partners are informed, engaged, and well-supported. They will collaborate internally with our sales, marketing and product teams to maximize partner success.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field• 5+ years of experience in Technology Partnerships, Account Management, or similar• Proven track record of successful partnership development and execution• In-depth knowledge of the technology space• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills• Ability to prioritize effectively and work independently• Good understanding of cloud computing, big data, and analytics• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to ensure Technology Partners are informed, engaged, and well-supported.
  2. Collaborate internally with sales, marketing, and product teams to maximize partner success.
  3. Manage and maintain relationships with Technology Partners.
  4. Monitor partner performance and provide feedback and guidance.
  5. Track and analyze data related to Technology Partner performance.
  6. Identify opportunities to optimize partner success.
  7. Develop and implement strategies to increase partner engagement.
  8. Remain knowledgeable of industry trends and competitive analysis.
  9. Identify additional partnership opportunities.
  10. Plan and organize events and meetings with Technology Partners.
  11. Prepare and present reports to internal stakeholders.
  12. Travel up to 10% of the time.
