- Create and maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for all Zendesk products, including user guides, manuals, and online help systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and customer support, to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content.
- Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly and easily understandable language for various target audiences.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of terminology and style across all technical documentation.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of existing documentation to reflect any changes or updates to the products.
- Continuously improve and streamline the documentation process and tools used to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Zendesk products and provide guidance and support to other teams as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical writing to continually improve the quality of documentation.
- Assist in creating and delivering training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a customer advocate by identifying areas of improvement in product documentation based on customer feedback and working towards resolving any issues.
