As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our growing company.   1. Source and attract top technical talent through various channels such as job postings, networking, and social media platforms.
  2. Screen and review resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  5. Use innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
  6. Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data and track progress.
  7. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.
  9. Facilitate the hiring decision-making process by presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  10. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  11. Negotiate job offers and manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and candidate onboarding.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
  13. Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
  14. Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR team on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  16. Represent the company and promote our employer brand to potential candidates.
  17. Adhere to all legal and compliance requirements in the recruitment process.
  18. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Technical Recruiting, Preferably In The Software Or It Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Filling Technical Positions Within A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Technical Roles And Skills, Including Software Development, Engineering, And Technical Support.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Source, Screen, And Interview Candidates.

  • Familiarity With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Tools, As Well As The Ability To Adapt To New Technologies And Processes.
