  1. Develop and implement machine learning algorithms to improve the performance and functionality of Zendesk products and services.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas where machine learning can add value to our products and services.
  3. Use predictive modeling and data mining techniques to analyze large datasets and extract valuable insights.
  4. Design and build scalable and efficient data pipelines to support machine learning models.
  5. Continuously research and stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning and data engineering to bring innovative solutions to the team.
  6. Work closely with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
  7. Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of machine learning models.
  8. Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  9. Mentor and guide junior members of the machine learning team, providing technical guidance and support.

  12. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of coding standards and best practices.
  13. Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues with machine learning models in production.
  14. Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of machine learning models to ensure they meet business objectives.
  15. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall growth and success of the machine learning team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Or Data Science

  • Strong Programming Skills In Languages Such As Python, Java, Or R

  • Experience With Machine Learning Frameworks And Libraries Such As Tensorflow, Pytorch, Or Scikit-Learn

  • Knowledge Of Agile Software Development Methodologies And Experience Working In A Collaborative Team Environment.
