Zendesk is currently seeking an experienced, results-oriented, and highly motivated Sr. Director - Cyber Defense Fusion Center to join our growing security operations team. As the Sr. Director of Cyber Defense Fusion Center, you will be responsible for leading the strategy, operations, and development of Zendesk’s cyber defense capabilities.The ideal candidate for this role will have an extensive background in cyber security, a deep understanding of security best practices, experience managing and developing teams, and a passion for delivering results. Responsibilities:

Lead the strategy and development of Zendesk’s cyber defense capabilities.
Develop and implement security best practices.
Manage and develop the security operations team.
Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure operational excellence.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the security operations team.
Research and recommend new security technologies.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Analyze and address security threats and vulnerabilities.
Develop and maintain security policies and procedures.
