Zendesk is looking for a talented SMB Account Executive with fluency in multiple languages to join our growing team. As an SMB Account Executive, you will play a vital role in driving our business forward by identifying and closing new business opportunities and providing exceptional customer service to our SMB clients. If you have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and are fluent in multiple languages, we want to hear from you!

  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Zendesk's products and services, as well as the needs and pain points of small and medium-sized businesses.
  2. Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and lead follow-up.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing SMB clients, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value of our products and services and closing deals.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  6. Conduct effective demos and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
  7. Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and pricing for SMB clients.
  8. Prioritize and manage a large pipeline of leads and opportunities.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service, including timely and accurate responses to inquiries and requests.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Zendesk as a leader in the market.
  11. Travel to conferences, events, and client meetings as needed to represent Zendesk and build relationships with potential customers.
  12. Continuously learn and improve sales techniques and strategies to drive personal and team success.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce or other CRM systems.

  • Fluency In Multiple Languages: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess Fluency In At Least Two Languages, With The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Clients And Prospects In Their Preferred Language.

  • Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills: A Smb Account Executive Will Be Responsible For Negotiating Contracts And Closing Deals With Clients. Therefore, Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills Are A Must-Have For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Articulate The Value Of Zendesk's Products And Services And Negotiate Win-Win Deals For Both The Company And The Client.
