  • Collaborate with sales team to identify customer needs and develop customized solutions to address them
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer support processes to determine areas for improvement and make recommendations
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Zendesk's products and services and demonstrate their value to potential clients
  • Conduct product demonstrations for potential clients, showcasing how Zendesk can meet their specific needs
  • Partner with sales team to create proposals and pricing strategies that align with customer requirements and budget
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business goals and providing ongoing support and guidance
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to consistently provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients
  • Act as a consultant for customers, understanding their challenges and providing strategic solutions that drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Zendesk to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions for clients
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Zendesk products and services to existing customers
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability in all client interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Product Knowledge: A Senior Solutions Consultant At Zendesk Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Company's Products And Services, Including Their Features, Capabilities, And Use Cases. This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Effectively Demonstrate The Value Of Zendesk Solutions To Potential Clients.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Senior Solutions Consultant, One Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders. This Includes Conducting Presentations, Leading Product Demos, And Explaining Complex Technical Concepts In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Technical Expertise: In Addition To Excellent Communication Skills, A Senior Solutions Consultant Should Have A Strong Technical Background. This Includes Knowledge Of Programming Languages, Apis, And Other Technical Tools Used To Customize And Integrate Zendesk Solutions With A Client's Existing Systems.

  • Sales And Consulting Experience: The Role Of A Senior Solutions Consultant Is Primarily A Sales Role, And As Such, Candidates Should Have Previous Experience In Sales Or Consulting. This Includes A Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets, Building Relationships With Clients, And Providing Excellent Customer Service.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: A Senior Solutions Consultant Should Be A Critical Thinker And Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills. This Will Enable Them To Understand A Client's Unique Business Needs And Develop Customized Solutions That Address Their Specific Pain Points And Challenges. Additionally, The Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues And Provide Creative Solutions Is Essential For Success In This Role.
