  1. Understand and analyze clients' needs and business challenges to propose effective solutions using Zendesk products.
  2. Build strong relationships with clients and serve as their trusted advisor throughout their Zendesk journey.
  3. Demonstrate a deep understanding of Zendesk products and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide seamless and successful implementations for clients.
  5. Utilize project management skills to ensure timely and efficient delivery of solutions.
  6. Constantly stay updated on industry trends and Zendesk product updates to provide the best recommendations to clients.
  7. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and capabilities of Zendesk products.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert for clients, providing guidance and support on Zendesk best practices.
  9. Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize clients' Zendesk experience and drive maximum ROI.
  10. Serve as a mentor and resource for junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  11. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for Zendesk, promoting our products and services and maintaining a positive image in the market.
  13. Take ownership of escalations and work towards successful resolutions for clients.
  14. Travel to client sites as needed to understand their business processes and provide on-site support and training.
  15. Contribute to the development and improvement of processes and procedures within the Solutions Consulting team.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Sales And Technical Consultation: A Senior Solutions Consultant Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Sales And Technical Consultation, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Sales Processes And Delivering Technical Solutions To Clients.
