  9. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges faced by clients.
  10. Provide training and support to clients on how to best utilize Zendesk's solutions.
  11. Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance the customer experience.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and present proposals to potential clients.
  13. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and trends related to customer service and support.
  14. Provide feedback to product teams on customer needs and challenges to inform product development.
  15. Deliver high-quality presentations, demos, and product overviews to potential clients.
  16. Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
  17. Act as a brand ambassador for Zendesk, promoting our products and services to potential clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Software Sales And Consulting: A Senior Solutions Consultant At Zendesk Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Software Sales And Consulting, Preferably In The Saas Industry. This Experience Will Demonstrate The Candidate's Ability To Understand Customer Needs And Provide Effective Solutions.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Zendesk Products And Services: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Zendesk's Products And Services, Including Its Customer Service, Engagement, And Support Solutions. This Knowledge Will Enable The Candidate To Effectively Demonstrate The Value Of Zendesk's Offerings To Potential Customers.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Senior Solutions Consultant, The Candidate Will Be Required To Communicate Complex Technical Information To Non-Technical Audiences. Therefore, Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Also Have Experience In Delivering Compelling And Persuasive Presentations.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Solution Selling: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Achieving And Exceeding Sales Targets Through Solution Selling. They Should Be Able To Identify Customer Pain Points And Effectively Position Zendesk's Solutions As The Best Fit For Their Needs.

  • Ability To Collaborate And Work In A Team: In Addition To Working Independently, A Senior Solutions Consultant Should Also Be Able To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Sales, Product, And Engineering. This Collaboration Will Be Crucial In Understanding Customer Requirements And Delivering Tailored Solutions To Meet Their Needs.
