We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Senior Program Manager to join the Zendesk team. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects from concept to completion, overseeing the delivery of projects and ensuring successful outcomes. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.To be successful in this role, you must have 5+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successful projects. You should be a problem solver and a strategic thinker, able to think creatively and make informed decisions. You should also have a strong working knowledge of project management and software development methods, as well as excellent organizational and time-management skills.We are looking for someone who has a passion for working with people and a strong sense of ownership over their work, who is keen to take on new challenges and strive to make a difference. Responsibilities:

Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring successful outcomes.
