  1. Lead and manage a team of engineers to develop and implement growth and monetization strategies for Zendesk's customer service software.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Engineering Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Leading And Managing Engineering Teams, Preferably In A Growth Or Monetization-Focused Role. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Successful Projects And Driving Growth For Their Team And Company.

  • Strong Technical Background: A Senior Engineering Manager In This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Software Engineering Principles, As Well As Experience With Modern Technologies And Tools. They Should Also Be Able To Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To Their Team.
