Extensive Experience In Engineering Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Leading And Managing Engineering Teams, Preferably In A Growth Or Monetization-Focused Role. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Successful Projects And Driving Growth For Their Team And Company.
