  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the success and growth of sales operations.
  2. Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure their success.
  3. Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product, to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
  5. Develop and maintain sales processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Implement and manage sales tools and technologies to support the sales team.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, making adjustments as needed to meet or exceed targets.
  8. Oversee the development of sales training programs to continuously improve the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  9. Develop and manage the sales operations budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales operations, incorporating them into strategies and processes.
  11. Communicate regularly with senior leadership, providing updates on sales operations performance and initiatives.

  • Extensive Experience In Sales Operations: A Senior Director Of Sales Operations At Zendesk Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Sales Operations, With A Track Record Of Success In Managing And Optimizing Sales Processes, Forecasting, And Data Analysis.
