- Design, build, and maintain data infrastructure to support customer service solutions for businesses of all sizes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Develop and implement data pipelines to efficiently and accurately collect data from various sources.
- Perform data cleansing, transformation, and integration processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to ensure efficient and scalable data operations.
- Monitor data quality and identify and resolve any anomalies or issues.
- Develop and maintain data models and schemas to support reporting and analytics needs.
- Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data engineering to continually improve processes and tools.
- Mentor and train junior data engineers to ensure best practices and maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to data infrastructure.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions.
- Adhere to company data governance policies and procedures.
- Continuously evaluate and improve data processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in project planning and contribute ideas for improving data infrastructure and processes.
Extensive Experience Working With Big Data Technologies Such As Hadoop, Spark, And Kafka.
Strong Background In Data Architecture And Design, With The Ability To Optimize Data Pipelines For Performance And Scalability.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Python, Java, Or Scala, And Experience With Sql And Nosql Databases.
Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Data Infrastructure, Including Data Warehouses, Etl Processes, And Data Lakes.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Data Issues In A Fast-Paced Environment.
