Lead the development and implementation of web analytics strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
Conduct in-depth analysis of web data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform critical business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics and KPIs for tracking and reporting on website performance.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Continuously monitor and analyze website performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Provide data-driven recommendations for website enhancements and A/B testing to drive conversion and retention rates.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web analytics, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance our data strategy.
Partner with data engineering and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity for reporting and analysis.
Mentor and guide junior data analysts, providing support and guidance in their professional development.
Collaborate with other data analysts and teams to integrate web analytics data with other data sources for a holistic view of customer behavior.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Or Computer Science.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Web Analytics Or A Related Field, With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Actionable Insights And Recommendations.
Proficiency In Data Analytics Tools Such As Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Or Similar Platforms.
Strong Analytical Skills With The Ability To Collect, Organize, And Analyze Large Datasets To Identify Trends And Patterns.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Senior Management.
