Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager at Zendesk to join our team and help our customers achieve their business goals. As the Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key customer stakeholders, driving customer adoption of our products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.To be successful in this role, you need to have a minimum of five years of experience leading customer success efforts in a technology-focused organization. You will need to have a deep understanding of customer success and account management processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to think strategically. You should also have experience managing customer success teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
