Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior CRM Data Steward to join our team at Zendesk! We’re searching for a creative and passionate individual who will be responsible for managing our customer data and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our CRM system. This is an essential role within the company, as it will help us foster strong relationships with our customers and maximize our customer service capabilities.To be successful as a Senior CRM Data Steward, you should have extensive experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and be a keen problem-solver. An excellent sense of organization and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring data accuracy. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and have a strong customer-first mindset.To be considered for this role, you must have:• A bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, MIS, or similar)• 5+ years of experience working with CRM systems• Working knowledge of SQL and data warehouse concepts• Experience in data analysis and reporting• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlinesIf this sounds like the perfect role for you, we look forward to hearing from you!

Responsibilities:

Manage customer data and ensure the accuracy and completeness of the CRM system.
Foster strong relationships with customers and maximize customer service capabilities.
